Description

Going down Path Eleven (11) to Apothikes Beach (actually up to this point it is a dirt road), continue moving west along the coast to reach the picturesque little church of Saint Nicholas (Agios Nikolaos) of Balo and the two beautiful secluded little beaches that surround it. The path is passable, moving along the beach, with only one difficult point just before Agios Nikolaos Beach, where the rocks reach down to the sea, and we must carefully pass them on a narrow path that goes up to their left and then descends smoothly to the beach of Agios Nikolaos. Total hiking time from Apothikes: 20 to 25 minutes.
