Description

From the little church of Saint Nicholas (Agios Nikolaos) in Akrotiri, where the road ends, the 150 meter path begins that takes us to the impressive Red Beach (Kokkini Paralia), which owes its name to the color of the vertical rocks that loom above it. Approaching this, we will see that many boulders and stones have slid down the hill, and for this reason there is a warning sign prohibiting entry. Certainly no one obeys, so the beach is flooded by the tourists who come to visit in the summer.
